Mayor appoints Jay Thackery to Planning Commission; unanimous council approval

Council Member Rod Mund moved to appoint Thackery and Council Member Jacob Bodily seconded; the motion carried unanimously. Thackery will serve on the Planning Commission pending the city's standard appointment procedures.
