Board members and district leaders present emphasized continuity of operations as the district moves into the new contracts year and staffing changes. Superintendent Ryan Pacatte offered thanks to negotiating teams and administrators for completing the agreements ahead of the fiscal year. "Getting an early start works best," Pacatte said in summarizing lessons from recent negotiations.
