Commissioner Joey Sullivan moved to approve the Spectrum 120-day agreements and Commissioner T. J. Foley seconded; Commissioner Kyle Workman moved for multiple Pinnacle and Comstock agreements with motions seconded by Commissioner Foley or Commissioner Workman as recorded. The minutes record 'MOTION CARRIED' for each approved agreement but do not list vote tallies or lessee contract details in each entry.
