Seaside Park’s mayor and council approved Bond Ordinance 22632, an amendment to an earlier ordinance, to fund improvements to Parking Lots 1, 2 and 3 and authorize the issuance of $3,350,000 in bonds or notes. Counsel explained the amount reflects an earlier amendment adopted in March and the appropriation addresses multi-year planning for parking infrastructure.
"Again, for the Parking Lots 123," counsel said while explaining the increased appropriation, and council adopted the ordinance following the required public-notice and final-reading procedures. The council recorded the roll-call vote to adopt the ordinance and directed staff to proceed with implementation consistent with prior discussions.
