The mayor noted the planning board reviewed public comments from the first reading and the recommendations of a prior engineering study. "Everyone's had that," the mayor said of the report, which he described as a "200 page plus document." The public portion produced no speakers on the item, and council moved and approved adoption by roll call. The ordinance advances the borough’s land-use regulations while the planning board continues its reexamination work.
