The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Douglas County Advisory Committee’s posted agenda for a June 10, 2026 meeting listed several substantive items, including a review of proposed bylaws updates, informational reports on advisory board activity, staffing and budget updates, and advisory board membership business.
Under the Advisory Board Membership heading the agenda lists three entries: “1. Elisa Blank – Approved; 2. New application –Mitigation process (ADRC Operations Manual H); 3. Email/phone reminder of meeting from Director.” The agenda identifies committee membership (Carol Jones, Chair; Elisa Blank; Rosemary Lear; Tom Karas) and two vacant seats including Vice Chair.
The agenda also notes that attachments accompany action items, and it lists the March 11, 2026 minutes for approval. The document instructs members to attend in person to constitute a quorum and provides a Teams link and call-in option for public attendance. It further instructs: “Please call Stacie Buchanan (715-395-7532) if you are unable to attend.”
Because the posted agenda is stamped cancelled due to lack of quorum, the listed bylaws review and informational reports were not presented at a convened meeting. The agenda indicates attachments were available online and in the County Clerk’s Office for review by committee members and the public.
The agenda contains a public‑notice block that the Douglas County Board of Supervisors may be present but will not take any action at the ADRC advisory meeting. It also provides ADA accommodation contact information and lists posting locations for the agenda and attachments: the Courthouse, Government Center, Superior Telegram and Superior Public Library.
