The Executive Committee approved amendments to the County Board Policies & Procedures governing closed sessions. Under the approved revision, closed-session minutes will document only actions taken, will not be distributed or approved, and will be retained on file in the County Clerk’s Office for six years. Supervisor Nick Baker moved for approval; Supervisor Sue Hendrickson seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
