Village seeks engineering quotes for six to eight Ingram Park pickleball courts

Tab told commissioners the village is soliciting engineering quotes to build pickleball courts at Ingram Park and that staff expect to install six to eight courts. "We're right now going out to get quotes on the engineering for those, and those would, likely be completed by the end of... we're probably still looking at winter because of the way we need to settle the base layers," Tab said, noting construction timing will depend on base preparation and weather.
Commissioners expressed support for adding courts to meet increasing use and asked staff to report back with quotes and a preferred layout. Staff said they will return with cost and timing information for the commission to consider.
