City leaders said the Spotlight will rotate through the municipal strategic priorities and present examples of collaboration by businesses, nonprofits, faith groups and residents. Mayor Gray closed the ceremonial session by thanking the honorees and noting the next business meeting time; no policy proposals or votes were taken as part of the Spotlight segment.
