Loyalton council approves July and August bill sheets; authorizes $20,000 fund transfer

During the Sept. 16 meeting, the council approved reconciled accounts and two bill sheets covering July and August 2025. Councilmember S. Mcllravy moved to "approve the bill sheet for July 2025 not to exceed $151,807.85," seconded by J. Gerow; the council later approved the August bill sheet "not to exceed $98,947.69," seconded by B. Mertton. Both motions were carried unanimously.
The council also approved a fund transfer from General 1956 to Enterprise Loan MM not to exceed $20,000 (motion by S. Mcllravy, seconded by B. Mertton). These routine financial approvals were recorded as carried unanimously in the minutes; no additional appropriation or contingency language was included in the record.
