Loyalton approves easement, new stop signs and stop bars for traffic safety

The council also approved purchase of stop signs and stop bars on a motion by B. Mertton, seconded by J. Gerow; the motion carried unanimously. Council earlier discussed traffic-calming updates and a possible school-crossing sign and deer-crossing signage requested near the McHenry property.
