Rob told the board the village elected not to renew a prior Colliers agreement and solicited broker proposals; Cushman & Wakefield proposed a one‑year exclusive listing (Feb. 2026–Mar. 2027) with a 5% commission and monthly activity reporting. "The broker would be responsible for marketing the property and providing monthly activity reports to village staff," Rob said.
A Cushman representative described the 65‑acre parcel as well‑located for larger industrial users, with utilities available and highway exposure. Trustee Mike moved to approve the exclusive right‑to‑sell agreement with Cushman & Wakefield; the motion carried on a voice vote.
