Roddy Wolf, property manager, said he will move an employee (Amy Anthony) into a newly opened maintenance position and will open the housekeeping role internally. He described site plans for relocating meters and the generator at the Charles Foreman Building and said he will mark potential locations so commissioners can review. "He said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before he got the drawings back and pricing on it," Wolf said of the contractor's timetable.
Wolf also said per CRS an electrical meter box at the old sign shop is missing a door and must be replaced on June 12; the work will take about eight hours and pumps will be out while the work proceeds, so staff and the public should plan fueling accordingly. Commissioners agreed to place related items on Tuesday's agenda where reimbursements and purchase orders can be addressed.
