The Village Board approved a certified survey map and companion comprehensive‑plan and zoning amendments to accommodate a future addition to the Olds Products facility on 88th Avenue. Staff said the company has been in the village since 1995 and that the master conceptual plan outlines four expansion phases through 2030.
Rob explained that the proposed phase includes a roughly 96,726‑square‑foot addition on the south end of the plant, minor fire‑lane and access changes, and storm‑sewer modifications. Wetland delineations performed in 2023 and follow‑up reviews mean some wetland areas will remain in preservation easements while certain delineated wetlands proposed for filling will require DNR and Army Corps permits. The board approved the CSM and ordinances (26‑08 and 26‑09) on roll call votes.
