Leon County Commissioners voted March 26, 2025, to approve lease agreements of election equipment dated May 3, 2025, for Buffalo ISD, the City of Centerville, NW ESD #3 and Oakwood ISD. Commissioner Kyle Workman moved each approval and Commissioner T. J. Foley seconded the motions, which were recorded as carried.
The court also approved an elections services contract between Leon County Elections Administrator Donna Kominczak and NW ESD #3 for May 3, 2025 elections. Separately, a proposed resolution opposing the elimination of the countywide polling-place program, electronic poll books and electronic marking devices was placed on the agenda but tabled on a motion by Commissioner Workman and seconded by Commissioner Bing.
