Foley School Board approves consent agenda with retirements, new hires and pay changes

The board accepted retirements and resignations recorded in the consent agenda: FIS EA Sally Marquette (retirement, effective start of 2025–26), Kitchen Assistant Maryjo Barthelemy (resignation effective 9/1/2025), FHS EA Stephanie Rux (retirement effective 9/24/2025), and FES EA Sadie Kuschel (retirement effective start of 2025–26). The board approved new and adjusted contracts including FES EA Hannah Stang (start 9/15/2025, Step 4, $20.64/hour, up to 32.5 hours) and FIS EA Shayna Harnack (start 9/15/2025, Step 3, $20.11/hour, up to 32.5 hours). Boiler-license positions (Brian Siemers, Sherry Gapinski and Melissa Bemis) were recorded as receiving a $0.40/hour increase effective 9/10/2025.
Nathan Anderson moved to approve the meeting minutes, board bills and consent items; Stephanie Rudnitski seconded and the motion carried unanimously (6-0). The consent agenda also listed extracurricular and stipend positions and amounts (for example: Jr. High Football Coach Kyle Mohs $3,400.00; FHS Yearbook Mary Keating $6,239.76; Instrumental Director Janel Hesch $5,459.79).
