Rosemont trustees ratify $17.95 million in bills, approve multiple facility and service contracts

Among the approvals: Change Orders 1 and 2 with Nicholas Development, LLC for the Senior Housing Complex Project; a contract with Peak Construction for landlord work at 9500 Higgins Road not to exceed $1,250,000.00; a cleaning-services contract with Midway Building Services Ltd.; an elevator maintenance contract with TK Elevator Corporation for the Parkway Bank Sports Complex; and storm-related repair proposals at Rosemont Health & Fitness totaling $71,959.89.
The board also approved a WBR Roofing Company, Inc. proposal for the Allstate Arena south flat roof replacement in the amount of $210,600.00, a Fox Valley Fire & Safety proposal to replace 541 sprinkler heads at Rosemont Health & Fitness for $29,034.00, and a DSI Security Services purchase of three Evolv Express Gen2 single-lane magnetometers for the Entertainment District for $100,172.27. All motions carried unanimously with recorded aye votes by Trustees Price, Wong-Balogh, Dorgan, Fazio, Pappas and DiMatteo.
