After returning to open session at 11:33 a.m. (motion by Lavarda/Behrend), the committee voted to recommend the following ranking for CTH‑R design to WisDOT: 1) Ayres, 2) REL, 3) Westwood. Commissioner Hytinen will submit the ranking results to WisDOT.
