May emphasized those projections are lower than a hypothetical all‑commercial development on the same acreage, which the consultant estimated would generate significantly more daily trips. Separately, a village representative said IDOT is in phase 1 engineering for the Route 59/Black Road intersection, and that proposed improvements include dual turn lanes on 59; no construction timeline was available.
