Board to begin chapter review with GPCOG next week; subcommittees to collaborate via OneDrive

He added that guest speakers are scheduled in September and that the board can use OneDrive and Outlook for collaborative edits and document sharing.
Members discussed subcommittee coordination, workshop timing and potential budget requests for feasibility studies to support mapping and zoning decisions tied to the comprehensive plan process. The board agreed to integrate some presentation materials into the plan and to pursue training for members unfamiliar with the collaboration tools.
