Committee expects bids by July for invasive honeysuckle eradication on TM and Bailey property

Kathy Damon reported that she and Tom Kidder met with representatives from Red Start Forestry and Longview Construction to inspect NRCS-identified invasive honeysuckle on committee-managed land and on the Bailey property.
Both firms identified additional invasive species they would address as part of honeysuckle eradication, and Kathy said the committee should expect estimates from the two firms by the end of July. The committee did not select a contractor at the meeting and assigned follow-up to review the estimates when received.
