Tom Kidder reported that the select-board approved the ordinances on June 10 and confirmed the committee would post them on the Tucker Management (TM) website and at the TM trailhead.
"The ordinances are posted on the town website and will be added to the TM website. They will also be posted at the TM trailhead," Kidder said. The committee noted the ordinances will become effective on Aug. 8; staff were directed to ensure online and physical postings reflect the effective date so trail users and visitors are informed.
