The O'Brien County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2026. Chair Nancy McDowell recorded that all members were present except Supervisor Dan Friedrichsen and that Supervisor Dennis Vanden Hull participated by phone. Supervisor Rohwer moved to approve the agenda, and Supervisor Thomas seconded; the motion carried by all ayes.
The board also approved the proceedings of Jan. 27, 2026, on a motion recorded in the minutes. County Auditor Rhea Schmalen attested the proceedings, and Chair Nancy McDowell signed the record. The meeting was adjourned to Feb. 10, 2026 on a subsequent motion.
