Board appoints Dan Freeman interim vice president; June reorganization planned

The School District 69 Board of Education appointed Dan Freeman as interim Vice President by acclamation at the April 29 special meeting after the resignation of a previous vice president. The minutes state the board will officially reorganize at its June meeting.
The record notes that President Steve Dembo will remain president and that Fernanda Perez "will remain Vice President" until the June reorganization; earlier in the roll call the minutes list Perez as Secretary. The minutes therefore contain an inconsistency on Perez's title, which the board minutes present without resolution.
