The bid packet requires each replacement unit to include dehumidification and an Aaon energy management system. The district also requests contractors arrange a site visit by calling 507-342-5114 between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and speaking with Mr. Chuck Fener. The packet states districts reserve the right to accept, reject or negotiate any bid deemed most favorable and advantageous to the district.
