The Town Administrator reported that easements for McKenzie Road have been signed and recorded and that a Tax Anticipation Note paperwork is complete for $175,000; combined with the town's bank balance this covers current month and early next month expenses. The administrator also reported processing the second of three Municipal Planning Grant requisitions for the Common School planning project, with $5,673 expected now and a final requisition for $5,672 to follow.
Board members were told the town requested extensions for road construction grant final reporting so crews can complete projects; projects must be finished by Sept. 30 for grant requisition. The Fairfield Community Center requested that Selectboard members provide input to its strategic planning survey; copies and a survey link were provided to board members.
