Lazy Lake adopts tentative millage of 6.5000, approves tentative 2024–25 budget

Council Member Warren Nadeau moved to approve Resolution 2024-03 (tentative millage), and Council Member Ray Nyhuis seconded; the motion passed 3-0 with Council Members Jeff Grenell and Mark DiPaolo absent for that vote.
The council then adopted Resolution 2024-04, the village's tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2024–2025. Nadeau moved the budget adoption and Council Member William Daugherty seconded; that motion also passed 3-0, with Grenell and DiPaolo recorded as absent. The resolutions establish the tentative levy and the tentative budget and set a later public hearing to consider the final millage rate and final budget for the village. The minutes do not specify the date or time for the final hearing.
