The meeting began at 6:00 p.m. in the District Office Conference Room with Superintendent Jon Fulton and Principal Matt Captain in attendance; minutes note all members present except Dave Eis.
Travis Welch moved to adopt the agenda as amended; Tom Carlson seconded and the minutes record that the motion "carried unanimously." Carlson later moved and Mary Haberman seconded approval of the Oct. 27, 2025 minutes; that motion also "carried unanimously." The board adjourned the meeting at 6:09 p.m., per the minutes submitted by Clerk Tom Carlson.
