Item 25-044 authorized an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with Fulton County to conduct Chattahoochee Hills’ 2025 municipal elections; the motion was moved by Councilmember Rodney Peek and seconded by Councilmember Ruby Foster and passed unanimously. Item 25-045 approved the purchase of a metal outbuilding from Riley Construction for $29,000 to be paid from budgeted funds; Councilmember Scott Lightsey moved and Councilmember Camille Lowe seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Item 25-046 authorized the use of capital funds to purchase the Axon Fleet 3 in-car video system and training platform at an initial-year cost of $14,230.40; the motion was moved by Councilmember Peek, seconded by Councilmember Foster and approved unanimously.
Council recorded the motions and unanimous outcomes; staff will proceed with contract execution and procurement steps in accordance with the approved motions.
