The Dawson City Council held its second reading and approved an ordinance amending setback requirements and accessory-structure rules for residential and multiple dwelling districts. Councilman David Hansen moved approval and Councilman Randy Stafford seconded; the ordinance passed unanimously.
The council also approved a summary version of the same ordinance on second reading. The amendments will be reflected in the city zoning regulations once the ordinance is finalized and filed according to local ordinance procedures.
