Staff noted ongoing coordination with the city's capital improvements group and TxDOT on South Bonnie Brae.
Commissioners asked that the TIA findings be put on the record during the regular meeting rather than leaving them only in backup materials; the replat was discussed and then approved by a 7‑0 vote. Staff offered to present TIA slides and follow up with more detail if requested.
