He said such facilities can be compatible with the county if they are the right type and operate with proper controls, but cautioned the court to confirm generator and power arrangements to avoid local service disruption.
Chair (S1) acknowledged the comment and said the project involves the city but also affects county planning; members noted the court would stay informed as more details become available.
