The board approved the consent agenda early in the meeting, which included routine financial reports, policy items and a resignation from the advisory budget committee. Chair (speaker 1) called for a motion and the consent agenda passed by voice vote.
Staff later explained a trustee transfer error to a Public Works capital reserve fund: $119,450 was transferred when the correct amount was $105,762, resulting in a $13,688 overpayment. "So all 3 trustees have reviewed the correction via email and approved the return of the funds," staff said; the board authorized the return in a motion and the vote passed. The board also authorized Connor Bailey, public works director, to apply for a State of New Hampshire used-oil grant for $2,500 toward a 500‑gallon double‑wall waste-oil tank (tank cost $3,929 plus freight) and approved a sewer abatement of $1,217 for Nicole Hoyt (warrant 2026SO2 Map 183D, Lot 16 Sub Lot B).
