Summary

The commission deferred action on a revised concession-stand contract and on Boys & Girls user-fee agreements because updated contract documents were not provided to the board. The concession-stand contract with a 2026 increase will return in March for approval, and the Boys & Girls contracts and required signatures were also moved to the March agenda.
Russ provided a report on the 2025 softball season, stating that "Concessions stands profited around $19,200. Very successfully run and managed this past year. Russ also indicated there were 225 players registered so far, 25 of which are T-Ball." The board said it would also consider a signage policy for parks at the March meeting.
