At the meeting's public-comment period, homeowner Pat Spilde asked the commission to install 'NO Trespassing' signs during events to prevent undesirable behavior on private property that abuts the soccer fields. The minutes state: "Pat Spilde had a request to put up 'NO Trespassing' signs up during events for the homeowners that butt up against the Soccer Fields to keep unnecessary behaviors from happening on their properties." The soccer organization will be asked to review options and Renee will ask about possibly putting up snow fence along lot lines.
Marie Erickson, a resident, asked whether she could purchase one of the park's tot lots on 134th Street because she owns the land in front of it. The commission noted the question and indicated the topic would be discussed further with the village and zoning officials.
