Trustees approve prior minutes and the bill list; one trustee abstains on minutes

Later in the meeting, Mayor Matthews presented the bill list for May 18, 2026; Trustee Tracy Bosco moved for approval, Trustee Diederich seconded, and the roll-call vote was 6 to 0 in favor (Trustees Ross, Bosco, Marrufo, Stanton, Crudup, and Diederich).
