County Engineer Darrick Anderson presented Resolution No. 41-26 for the Board’s consideration, reporting that the final contract cost for the CM 2026-03 Roadway Chloride project was $565,874.13. Anderson said that converting some roadways treated with chloride to paving could yield long-term cost savings, and he asked the Board to adopt the resolution to accept the completed project and authorize final payment to the contractor, Edwards Oil, Inc. dba Trimark Industrial.
Commissioner Neal Gaalswyk moved and Commissioner Scott Bruns seconded adoption of Resolution No. 41-26. The Board adopted the resolution unanimously. The resolution formally accepts the completed work and authorizes the final payment to the contractor as specified in the resolution.
