The Mark West Union School District Board unanimously approved the consent agenda on Feb. 10, which bundled routine personnel actions, vendor warrants, safety planning, seniority lists, contracts and donations. The consent vote was Aye=5, Ney=0, Abstention=0, Absent=0.
Notable items within the consent agenda included a Licensing Agreement with Document Tracking Services (DTS) effective March 15, 2026–March 14, 2027; a Substitute Teacher Consortium Memorandum of Understanding with the Sonoma County Office of Education (July 1, 2025–June 30, 2028); and a Change/Extra Service Order from Brunsing Associates, Inc. for the Modular Restroom Project at 315 Mark West Springs Rd. The board also accepted donations of $203.43 from the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation to the 3rd grade at Mark West Elementary, $1,500 from the Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation to San Miguel Elementary for a Feb. 19 field trip, and $50 in site funds from CyberGrants LLC.
Trustee Sara Azat moved the consent agenda; Trustee Aaron Smith seconded. The board recorded appreciation to donors during the meeting.
