Mason Nakamura, the district's director of maintenance, operations and technology, told the board that playground surfacing across sites has been updated to meet ADA code. At John B. Riebli, staff removed an existing tree in the kindergarten yard and installed a Japanese maple. These items were presented as informational facilities updates; no construction change orders beyond the modular restroom change/extra service order (on the consent agenda) were recorded as separate motions. The consent agenda did include a Change/Extra Service Order from Brunsing Associates, Inc. for the Modular Restroom Project at 315 Mark West Springs Rd.
