Park Trail Estates preliminary plat approved; wetlands review required before final plat

Conditions require the County to finalize its wetland delineation review and issue a Notice of Decision pursuant to the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act before a final plat can be submitted, and require submission of the final plat within one year or the applicant must request an extension. The motion recorded unanimous approval by the five commissioners.
