The Mark West Union School District Board on March 10 approved three administrative resolutions affecting certificated staffing and fund accounting. Trustee Tracy Lavin-Kendall moved approval of Resolution #26-11 (decision not to reelect probationary certificated employees), Trustee Sara Azat seconded, and the resolution passed 4-0.
The board also approved Resolution #26-12 (release of temporary certificated employees) and Resolution #26-13 (to establish committed funds balances) with the same vote counts. These items were presented as routine administrative actions required by the district to align staffing and fund designations for the coming year; the motions were recorded as approved by the board with Trustee Burke absent.
