Treasurer Tina Witt reported that preparations have begun for the village's annual audit. Chairperson McMahon opened the public comment period; no members of the public attended and public comment was closed. Member Jeff Letzter moved to adjourn the meeting; Member Ashley Britt seconded the motion. On a voice vote the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 7:13 p.m.
