Haddonfield approves consent agenda including 2026 road program award and vendor bid actions

Procurement and grant actions on the consent agenda included authorization to apply for a Recycling Tonnage Grant, advertise sealed bids for solid waste and recycling materials collection services, renewal of membership in the Southern New Jersey Regional Employee Benefits Fund (and to sign an indemnity trust agreement), authorization to award the bid for the 2026 Road Program and authorization to reject bids for cleaning of public restrooms. The motions were approved as part of the consent agenda vote; no separate roll-call tallies for individual items were recorded in the minutes.
