Commissioners approve consent agenda including NJDOT grant application; mayor abstains on $40 check

The motion was made by Mayor Siedell, seconded by Commissioner Troy, and carried unanimously except that Mayor Siedell specifically abstained from voting on a $40 check payable to him to cover parking.
