Board questions RF charts and units after AT&T/T‑Mobile submissions for Old Tarrytown Road site

Committee members said the board could not reconcile a listed T‑Mobile value of 0.0010 with expected percentages and asked the applicant to explain in writing whether the disparity was a formatting issue (decimal vs. percentage), a unit mismatch, or a modeling difference. The board asked the applicant to provide matching models, consistent units and a column with the cumulative composite numbers so the board can verify cumulative MPE across carriers.
