Developer presents modular mixed-income housing proposal; council requests follow-up work session

Sherry McGrath, a local business owner and landowner working with the developer, asked council to consider city-initiated right-of-way and alley vacations to reduce development impediments; she said the project already has neighborhood support for the requested vacations.
Council asked staff to coordinate a follow-up presentation or a work session to discuss the proposal, permitting steps and potential city support.
