Monti told the board they had proposed conditions to limit large-scale events and require permits for events with more than 75 attendees. The Chair read the applicant's six conditions into the record — including that outdoor activities associated with permitted functions must end by 9 p.m.; that off-site, off-street parking be arranged for larger events; and that weddings are permitted only for alumni or current Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England.
