H2Over Viewers explain viewing process at Le Sueur County redetermination hearing

At the July 15 Le Sueur County Drainage Authority hearing, H2Over Viewers presented the viewing process used to redetermine benefits and damages; Rinke Noonan and county staff also reviewed procedural and notice requirements before the Board adopted Findings and Orders for four ditches.
John Kolb with Rinke Noonan opened the hearing by explaining its purpose and procedural requirements. Dani Ongie then provided the record of notice requirements. Kody Fossum of H2Over Viewers presented the viewing process information the Board used to evaluate and recommend redetermined benefits and damages; Brad Garner and Scott Henderson from H2Over were listed as attendees.
These procedural and technical presentations preceded the Board’s unanimous adoption of Findings and Orders for CD 4, CD 17, CD 47 and CD 64. The minutes record the presentations but do not include the underlying viewer report or detailed notice documents in the text of the minutes.
