Members discussed hazardous soil removal and requirements at the 518 First Street (Rengo Oil) site. Staff also reported that work on the 141 Washington (Hotel Northern) project remains in progress, with upper-story window replacement pending approval by the State Historic Preservation Office and an estimated 10—6 12-week lead time for windows. Separately, staff said Habitat for Humanity inquired about assistance with utility hookup costs for the 231 Fifth Street project.
