The motion was made by Dennis Tietz and seconded by Dave Preisler and recorded as unanimous in the minutes.
The adoption followed presentations on the hearing purpose, notice record and the viewing process by representatives from Rinke Noonan and H2Over Viewers. The minutes record no differing motions or recorded objections to the Findings and Order for CD 47.
